+Uploader

I'd like to have uploader priviledges solely to upload non-free screenshots to http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/OpenClinica_User_Manual/AutomatingCRFs, where I am trying to illustrate the use of Microsoft Excel in developing for OpenClinica. Excel is almost required with OpenClinica as OpenClinica doesn't like other spreadsheets https://docs.openclinica.com/3.1/technical-documents/openclinica-ecrf-specifications/crf-template-general-constraints .
