Janice and her husband Benjie, along with their son Paul, and their maid Aciana just moved into a new condo unit. Janice finds an aquarium housed by a mask that was left behind by the previous tenants. This makes her suspicious from it, but Benjie and Paul were interested. Janice spots a mysterious old lady warning her not to touch the aquarium. At midnight, Janice takes a bath when a monstrous hand starts peeking through the door but quickly vanishes. As she finishes her bath, she finds a couple of goldfish from the toilet, frightening her as Benjie arrives. When she tells Benjie what happened, the goldfish had disappeared from the toilet.

One day, the old lady returned and once again telling Janice to not touch the aquarium. Entering her condo unit, she finds that their ceiling starts to leak. She enters Paul's bedroom where Benjie and Paul finished filling up the aquarium with water. She becomes suspicious when she noticed there were goldfish in the aquarium. When midnight comes, Janice and Benjie are asleep when the ceiling starts to leak onto her. She noticed that there were wet footprints that lead to her son's bedroom. When she goes inside, she finds that all of the goldfish are dead as she screams. Benjie calls the local plumber Alex to fix the leakage. Janice tries to put the dead goldfish away but the fish comes out alive. She then notices the old lady, now telling her to destroy the aquarium once and for all. Janice tries to follow her to her room and tries to call her from the door but no answer.

As Alex tries to fix the leakage, seaweeds start to come out from the mask as it tries to shake his ladder off. When he tries to grab his flashlight after he fell, his arm gets grabbed by the seaweeds into the aquarium. The monstrous hand from before rises behind Paul, who is in the bathtub and starts to drown him. At the same time, Alex drowns to death while Janice saves Paul in the bathtub. Janice hears Aciana's screams as they see the drowned Alex's corpse, making Janice scream in horror.

The police arrived as they investigate Alex's death. Janice tries to tell Benjie about the old lady who tried to warn them not to touch the aquarium, but the policeman tells them that no one lived there for years. When Aciana puts Paul to sleep, the old lady appears behind the door, staring and slowly walking towards Paul. Janice woke up to go to her son's bedroom where a scared Paul tells her that he saw the old lady telling him that she and her son had been drowned by her father into the aquarium and starts taking revenge. After which, Janice must destroy the aquarium and finds a rubber mallet. Paul stays behind his bedroom as Janice tries to put the mask from the aquarium away, informing Aciana to get the mask away from their condo unit. But then, water starts to rise from the aquarium in Paul's bedroom. Aciana is still holding the mask thinking on what to do with it as the mask suddenly attacks her mid-air, possessing her body.

As the water starts to rise higher, Paul tries to open the door but the door was jammed and screams for his mother for help. Janice tries to break the doorknob twice only to be interrupted by the possessed Aciana, who forcefully throws her to the ground. Benjie arrives at the condo to find out what happened to them. Paul, still trapped in his flooded bedroom, encounters a creature resembling a Siyokoy coming out of the water. It was revealed that the creature was the old lady's drowned son. Benjie goes up to their condo unit and knocks Aciana out with a vase, almost killing Janice. Janice tells Benjie that Paul was still trapped inside the bedroom. Benjie enters through the vent to get inside the bedroom. Benjie then destroys the aquarium as a portal sucks all of the water and the creature out. Afterwards, Janice, Benjie, and their son reconcile.
