The original document "Permission to reproduce" does not allow commercial redistribution without asking the "Public Works and Government Services Canada" first: "For permission to reproduce the information in this publication for commercial redistribution, please e-mail droitdauteur.copyright@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca." Perhaps there is already an OTRS ticket for a similar case?

I have added the Copyvio template. Some of the copied content comes from the article's creator, but most comes from 192.197.178.2, so it seems unlikely a permission was obtained. In any case, that licence is GFDL-incompatible. User:Cybercobra has already removed some. --Chealer (talk) 05:07, 13 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
See above - OTRS ticket confirming permission to use received. Nthep (talk) 16:36, 3 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

The article is clearly nothing other than a posting by the Canadian government, probably by the bureau itself. No history of the bureau, its founding, major rulings, and of course controversies, is supplied. To my understanding, Wikipedia was never intended to be a web billboard for free government self-promotion. 96.48.69.102 (talk) 07:17, 23 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

I agree and will add a flag. Mebden (talk) 10:29, 10 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
