There is another Andrew Morton

[edit]

There is another Andrew Morton, a journalist who wrote "Monica's Story" and "Her True Story in Her Own Words". Please disambiguate them. A link to this page on Monica Lewinsky page needs to be fixed.

I've moved this page to Andrew Morton (computer programmer), created an article for the other guy at [Andrew Morton (writer)]] and made a disambig at Andrew Morton. Now fixing all the links - David Gerard 21:56, 18 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Why mm?

Why is Andrew's branch called mm? JohnWhitlock 01:44, 1 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

English or Australian ?

[edit]

Andrew Keith Paul Morton (born 1959 in England) is an Australian software engineer.

How could be someone born in England be Australian?. Please clarify. --87.218.10.176 07:33, 20 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Just checked with Andrew - he became an Australian Citizen in 1975.--Hacknsplat 02:23, 23 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Website URL results in 404.

[edit]

I'm guessing he removed his website. Either way the link to his website gives a 404 (not found). Is there a different URL or should the website link be removed altogether? -- 92.238.129.232 (talk) 16:56, 4 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A stuff-up of some sort resulted in the ISP canceling his old account. We have a backup of the content, and we should be able to restore it shortly (at a different URL). I'll update the URL once the content is back up. --Hacknsplat (talk) 00:46, 5 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
What was the URL of his website? Was the content ever restored at a different URL? --82.171.70.54 (talk) 16:43, 23 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, the old URL was http://www.zipworld.com.au/~akpm/ --82.171.70.54 (talk) 16:47, 23 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
