Weight data accuracy

[edit]

I assume tonnes (metric tons) are the unit of weight in Bulgaria, so I would like to know where it is cited that the bridge's weight is 3,200 tons. I assume it would be tonnes (for weights at this magnitude, there is a difference - 3,200,000 kg for tonnes, 3,251,200 kg for UK tons, and 2,902,400 kg for US tons). I know this might all be a bit anal, but I believe all information and all data should be cited/presented accurately. This is the case for many articles about Bridges in Bulgaria. The tonne (metric ton) is used in BG, so I believe that should be reflected in all Bulgarian architecture articles. The Z UKBG (talk) 22:52, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
