The manual refers to the product as BASIC 8 (no decimal point or zero). Most magazines of the era also referred to it in this manner, in both articles and advertisements (I can dig up specific references if you'd like). Can I move it to BASIC 8? I guess it's OK, yes---a better article title to type, and just as correct as the alternative. FYI: WalrusSoft's manual (the 1987 ed., at least) uses "8" on the cover (as on the program disk label) but "8.0" in almost all of the text. Strange. :-) --Wernher 23:14, 12 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
