Citation overkill

[edit]

Per our rules about Wikipedia:Citation overkill, we do not need to stack seven or eight different references onto a single statement of fact — one good citation that properly supports any given statement is enough, and any new citations you want to add should be used to support new content rather than redundantly overciting a statement that's already referenced.

Accordingly, the following references can be readded to the article if they can be used to expand it with new content that isn't already here, but they do not need to all get piled onto the statement that the CBC renewed the show for a second season in 2017 — that statement is already properly referenced to a good source, so it doesn't need seven more references for it.
