Since there's been no discussion, and in particular no explanation for the POV, I propose to remove it. Richard Pinch (talk) 17:25, 9 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Comparison of Freelancers Union health plan to other health plans

[edit]

This article needs a comparison of the costs and benefits of Freelancers Union health plan to other health plans offered in New York State. New York State has relatively cheap, subsidized plans. They used to have a program called Healthy New York.

Remember, under Wikipedia rules )WP:NOR, you can't just go to the Freelancers Union web site, go to another web site, and compare prices and benefits. You have to find a comparison in an independent WP:RS. --Nbauman (talk) 18:24, 31 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Unfinished article

[edit]

This article reads more like a blog post than an encyclopedia article. The fictive blogger has lazily or naively pasted in marketing copy and direct quotes with no attribution. (It's not enough to have a footnote. Readers need to know who said the words, and why it's so important to have the exact verbiage in there. Usually it's not important and a paraphrase is both briefer and clearer, if less glittery.)

The "Policy" section consists of gossip. There is also failure to address the fact that a founder's opinions are not necessarily identical with the policy of the organization she founded. As a result, the article isn't just uniformative; it may be misleading. — ob C. alias ALAROB 20:32, 17 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
