  • The article is long enough and new enough with no copyright violations in the text, meeting DYK requirements. The hook is good and adequately cited. However, there's a potential copyright issue with the photograph. The source gives the year as "1938", not 1898. While a 1938 photo is now Public Domain in India since it's more than 60 years old (I've added the {{PD-India}} license tag), its U.S. copyright was restored by URAA. As such, the photo could only be included in the article as Fair Use, but not on DYK. So the original year of publication (1898 or 1938?) is determinative.  JGHowes  talk 15:06, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the review JGHowes. If PD-India doesn't work for DYK, then let's remove it? Hope that works. CallMeByYourMane (talk) 16:46, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
