The result of the move request was: moved. The weight of argument falls squarely with shifting the name. Primefac (talk) 21:39, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

List of Nashville (2012 TV series) episodesList of Nashville episodes – No other list. Unreal7 (talk) 13:44, 7 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

That means Sweet F.A. right now, IIO. Unreal7 (talk) 14:46, 9 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
No, it's really not... Unreal7 (talk) 14:44, 9 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
And then what. We'll have another vote whether or not to move it back, with the argument being for keeping it just Nashville because one results in a more common usage than the other? Like I said, if you throw Nashville into Google, you get a lot of results about a little backwoods town unless you add another word, like TV or Britton. Nashville is a generic term. Even on WP there are numerous pages starting with the word Nashville, more containing it in the title, and over 65,000 total search results. Kellymoat (talk) 10:49, 8 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Why are you talking about how generic Nashville is? We're talking about List of Nashville episodes for which there is only one article on WP. Period. If we get another one, then yes, we'll deal with it then. But frankly if nobody has bothered to do it yet, and because it aired for only two episodes before it was cancelled, the description of which could easily fit in the current near-stub article, it's likely to never happen. --В²C 17:45, 8 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Why are episode descriptions showing up now? That should not be happening. I can't seem to fix it.--Jonathan Joseph (talk) 01:59, 28 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

After the recent page move - are all of the links/templates pointing to the right places?Kellymoat (talk) 02:22, 28 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I changed all the links to the new page name, and it still does not seem to be working.--Jonathan Joseph (talk) 21:36, 28 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Including the template at the bottom?
I vaguely recall that I tried making an edit a while back, and that was the problem. Also, those take time (how much?) to show changes on other pages. Kellymoat (talk) 21:53, 28 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
What do you mean by including the template? Not familiar with how to do that.--Jonathan Joseph (talk) 23:04, 28 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
It's been fixed, thanks to whoever took care of that. --Jonathan Joseph (talk) 23:04, 28 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • @Jonathanjoseph81: You're welcome... the change you made in the Season 1 article did fix things... it's just that when that article is transcluded into this one (List of Nashville episodes), it is done so statically, so to get the changes you made to Season 1 to show up here, you also have to edit this article, so that it goes and fetches the most recent version of the Season articles.
Basically it's the difference between including a page like this:
  • {{Page name}} (dynamic)
and this
  • {{:Page name}} (static)
If it's done via the first method, any change to the included page is immediately reflected in the pages that include it. If it's done via the second (which is the right way to do it for season pages being included into list of episode pages), then any change to the included page only shows up in the pages that include it when those pages themselves are changed. This cuts down on the overhead of generating the including pages. So basically the only thing I did to make things work was made an edit to this page after the season pages had been corrected (which you had tried with Season 1). —Joeyconnick (talk) 00:24, 29 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
THIS is a separate page that is edited on its own.Kellymoat (talk) 23:23, 28 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
