Misplaced festivals

I think the following should be removed from the Tulsa list to Muskogee County, Oklahoma:

  • Green Country Wine Festival - Stone Bluff Cellars is in Haskell, Muskogee County, Oklahoma.
  • Muskogee Castle is in Muskogee, Muskogee County, Oklahoma
