Shouldn't we merge this article with Lagoa,_Rio_de_Janeiro? --Pinnecco 02:18, 6 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

As this article refers to the water body, and the other to the neighborhood, they should link to and reference one another. However they are separate entities so I would vote not to merge them.Enviropearson (talk) 02:12, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed that in three points on this entry Wikipedia itself in Portuguese was used as a reference. Is this correct and acceptable?
