The article Brandon Cyrus has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NACTOR as he as only done bit and extra parts. Nobility is not inherited, so Cyrus name means nothing.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Ok, based on that assurance I'll unblock this account. There are still several issues that you will need to resolve before you continue editing, however:
  • Since you are not Brandon Cyrus, your username is a violation of Wikipedia's username policy. The first thing you will need to do when unblocked is file a change of username request at the Changing Username board. If you do not do this, your account will quickly be blocked again.
  • Since you are editing on behalf of Brandon Cyrus, you therefore have a conflict of interest with regards to an article about him on Wikipedia. Whilst you are welcome to contribute to the deletion discussion, and to suggest changes to the article by way of the article talkpage, you should not make any edits to the article directly (except to remove blatant vandalism and violations of the biographies policy).
  • You are expected to use your Wikipedia account for your own personal contributions to Wikipedia. Editing on behalf of your team, even if you are the only person with access to this account, is not appropriate. As such, I would strongly suggest you stop using the first person plural to talk about your edits.

I just saw a comment you made at the deletion review, which states in part:

There are a lot of forums, etc, and I believe that Twitter can be a secondary because users can post individual things about celebrities

Forums are not reliable sources. Twitter is of limited value as a source. If the subject of an article posts using his or her official, verified Twitter account, then it's treated as a self-published source and can be used in a limited fashion. If it's a fan's Twitter feed, that kind of source is not reliable at all. —C.Fred (talk) 22:30, 10 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

"I sent the legal team, who asked that the page will be reinstated on legal terms and that the page cannot be touched." and "I simply said my legal team is talking this over with Wikipedia, and that appropriate actions will be taken for a user who had harassed me on this website."

These are two very different claims, both of which constitute legal threats - you were kindly given a link to the no legal threats policy by Tarc after the first instance, to which you responded with the second mention of sending your legal team to talk to Wikipedia. The policy is extremely clear, as are the consequences of making legal threats - saying that it is not a threat does not change that. bonadea contributions talk 08:20, 11 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The only legal action we are requesting is against harassment for a user, we are only requesting that the users account gets either 1. suspended, 2. deleted, or 3. their information such as IPs is sent to the police. Its natural for a new editor whose article has been deleted to be upset and confused by the way this place works. Its also natural for this to manifest through aggressive posts to DRV, ANI and user talk pages. We do make allowances, however, there does eventually have to be a point where we have to warn warn the user that they have reached the point that they need to stand back and let the article go. Your recent posts to JzG's talk page went too far and I'm asking you nicely now to pause, read our civility policy and stop posting personal attacks. You can't give me a reason for the deletion of the page so I'm contacting Wikipedia's email service for misconduct. --Reigningbc (talk) 20:44, 12 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Reigningbc, I'm not an admin, just another user like you. Happened to see this issue pop up on ANI and I wanted to give you another opinion.
There was a reason given for the deletion: that the subject does not meet our criteria for notability. You disagree, and that's fine. However, you cannot force this issue. Until you can find enough valid reliable sources to meet the notability guidelines, the article isn't going up. Just insisting that he does meet the guideline isn't persuasive.
It's probably best if you just take a break for a while, and then see if you can find some more articles that demonstrate how this person is notable enough to meet our guidelines. — The Hand That Feeds You:Bite 22:31, 12 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Reigninbc, if you email then you will almost certainly get a boilerplate message saying that the Foundation does not get involved in deletion discussions and sending you back here. I confidently predict that you will misrepresent that as an invitation to re-open the DRV. It is not. It is a template message (I know, I have sent it hundred if not thousands of times over the years - "Why was my article deleted" on the menu). The problem is not everybody else, the problem is you. You refuse to accept a consensus that is against you, and you do so noisily and all over the place. At this point you are a whisker away from being shown the door. This is a fact.
