This is your only warning; if you insert a spam link to Wikipedia again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines.

Hello Dotarray. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors; and
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).

Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies. For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you.

Request reason:

Understood. I have made other edits to Wikipedia pages in the past that have not been related to Player Attack, however it seems they have been done while not logged in to this account. I do understand completely why you have taken the action you have, however I believe I can still contribute useful content to the site. In addition, I am reading the Conflict of Interest content - specifically the FAQ for organizations which I missed earlier - to make sure I am familiar with what's okay and what's not. Dotarray (talk) 22:41, 26 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Accept reason:

Per pledge to stop making COI edits, giving second chance. OhNoitsJamie Talk 16:33, 27 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Question Are you saying that you will stop posting links/references to playerattack.com, gamepron.com, musicpron.com, and any other sites you are affiliated with? Note that I've removed all of the ref spam you've added over the years, and if I see another SPA appear and begin re-adding them, the sites will all be blacklisted. OhNoitsJamie Talk 23:27, 26 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Yes. I will stop posting links and references to Player Attack and any other sites that I may be affiliated with (MusicPron and GamePron no longer exist). I understand that if I do post links or references to these sites - including links posted via sock-puppets - they will be blacklisted (and, presumably, my editing privileges will be revoked). Dotarray (talk) 23:40, 26 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

...also, I will provide another Wikipedia editor with the relevant information to complete the Player Attack article for creation, so I am no longer associated with that page either. Dotarray (talk) 23:45, 26 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
