Weather :D

Well, we have only 2 seasons in Fiji and ironically, you can't tell the difference .Thanks for pitying me, i really appreciated that . I'm quite active, but not so much here, mainly on Meta and Simple wikipedia and on another wiki..Good to know that people actually care about me..hehehe..--Cometstyles 18:19, 1 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Whatever the season there now, it's warmer than the 9C here today!-- Flyguy649 talk 19:44, 1 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject Cell signaling

Hi there. I noticed you listed Cell signaling/Signal transduction as an interest on WikiProject Molecular and Cellular Biology. I'd like to invite you to join WikiProject Cell Signaling. Biochemza, 22:38, 3 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WWE Diva Search contestant pages

Ok i will stop trying to create pages for diva search contestants that are not notable. But my suggestion is that someone should create a page about 2007 contestant Jessica Hatch as she is not just notable for competing in the diva search she is also training(to wrestle) and appearing in former WWE superstar Booker T's wrestling promotion Pro Wrestling Alliance and in January 2008 she will be appearing in a reality show called Rough House based on texas wrestling promotion Pro Championship Wrestling. L block

Just noticed that db-g4 does not apply to articles previously deleted under CSD. My mistake, sorry about that. However, the article does meet A7 since the subject is not notable. As I see it now, the article has been redirected... --Hdt83 Chat 06:17, 5 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yep, seems quite silly that the L-block in Tetris would generate so many edits. :) --Hdt83 Chat 06:21, 5 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It really does rock... It's the champ!! And there are two of them, really!-- Flyguy649 talk 06:21, 5 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

List of musical works in unusual time signatures

Hello Flyguy. Thanks for your kind words about my recent efforts in the above list. I expected some resistance to the deletions, but encountered none until receiving an uncivil message on my talk page. Oh well: You can't please 'em all. Cheers. Nick Graves 18:44, 6 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! I haven't been around as much as I'd like, but at least I thought I'd help out. -- Flyguy649 talk 06:04, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, You seem to have deleted an article that I originally wrote, "Smokers Die Younger". The deletion log gives this as your reason: ‎ (expired prod). Smokers Die Younger is neither a product (its a band) nor expired. Could the article be reinstated, please? Thanks, —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dr Jon (talkcontribs) 15:07, November 8, 2007

"Expired prod" refers to Wikipedia:Proposed deletion, which means that there were no objections to its deletion in the 7 days following its nomination for deletion. I have restored the article, but I am not convinced that the subject band is notable, so I have nominated it for deletion. You may comment on the article's AFD page. -- Flyguy649 talk 00:15, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, ***, why the *** did you think I was spamming when I put a link to bash.org? Have you ever even been there? It is completely relevant to the subject of IRC. I am not affiliated with Bash in any way; I just thought it should be included in a discussion of IRC. But no, your *** had to go and warn me like I was a filthy spammer. I doubt you'd call me that to my face and I bet you're not enough of a man to respond to my legitimate concerns even on here. <You sit there behind your computer with your smug sense of superiority (personal attack edited) Go ahead, ban me. 24.174.190.156 22:37, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Do not attack other editors, please. Comment on content, not editors. Thanks. ArielGold 23:00, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Oy. Please read WP:EL. And further to what Ariel said, do try to be civil. -- Flyguy649 talk 07:57, 10 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, could I ask something about your semi-protection of this article? To me, it looks like this is a content dispute, not vandalism (disagreement over whether to include certain content). Is there something I'm missing that's making this vandalism? The reason I ask is that the protection policy doesn't allow for semi-protection in a content dispute. Just looking into this, lemme know your thoughts. Cheers, Heimstern Läufer (talk) 05:43, 11 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

RfC: Original research and reliable sources

Hello. You recently contributed to a discussion about original research and sourcing at the List of musical works in unusual time signatures. I am requesting comments from the wider community in hopes of settling a dispute there. Please visit this section of the talk page if you wish to further contribute to the discussion. Thank you. thanks

Thanks for the deletion- I created it by mistake. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Theeuro (talkcontribs) 02:31, November 18, 2007

Nope- didn't know that! Thanks for the heads-up!! I'm still kind of new at these fancy editing tricks. Thanks again. -Theeuro (talk) 02:37, 18 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hrmmm...

How good are you with DYK hooks? I don't think AD is around, lol. ArielGold 02:40, 18 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Never tried... but I went offline just before you asked. I hope someone got to it!-- Flyguy649 talk 05:06, 18 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Ahh, nope, haven't seen AD come back. I was just wondering if you were good at the DYK hooks, lol. If you've never done them, that's okay. It isn't urgent that I choose one tonight I guess, hee hee. Thanks for replying! ArielGold 05:14, 18 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I took a quick look, and the two templates linked from WP:DYK (T:DYK/N, T:DYK) suggest the next update is in just over 1 hour. Is this what you meant? -- Flyguy649 talk 05:32, 18 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Re:Congrats and suggestion

Oh my. That script makes me very happy indeed. Thanks a million for pointing that out! Cheers, CP 05:47, 18 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Edit warring at Red Green Alliance

Dear Flyguy649 A user called Malangyar is now engaging in edit warring behavior at Red Green Alliance. Page has recently been closed after dispute. He is removing the text that emerged from this dispute without argument. I move to have this user blocked. Also report to Heimstern Läufer. ‎Thanks Ovest (talk) 21:26, 23 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Think Gum

Hi, I am in the process of creating a page for Think Gum. You deleted it claiming that Wikipedia is not intended for advertising. I understand this and tried to make the page as informative as possible. i even looked up many similar products to see how they did it. What about the page should be changed to make it wikipedia appropriate? Thanks,
