Specifically, there are rules about when and where we allow ourselves to use screen-captures from movies; see Wikipedia:Fair use. You certainly are not allowed to claim that you "created" such an image, or claim to be releasing it to the public domain — only the director (or more likely, the movie studio) can say that. --Quuxplusone 05:13, 11 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This has been done because the article appears to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia.
