Speedy deletion of Guide to Marapets

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Guide to Marapets, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD g1.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.  superβεεcat  00:57, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This article you keep trying to add is just going to be deleted again. It does not meet Wikipedia criteria. If you feel that it warrants an article, I would suggest you write the complete article first, then post it. Also, you can't include your reference ID for the site; this is considered advertising and is against policy. If you would like to discuss this, please respond on my talk page. Clan sections

[edit]

Please do not add back the clan sections to the Warriors articles. They are unnecessary plot information. What exists in the plot section now is all that is needed. Metros (talk) 00:15, 21 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Can You Tell Me Why It's Not Needed Please?
Because it's excessive plot information which clogs the article. One of the issues with Warriors articles has been the huge plot information which is highly discouraged in writing articles on fiction. Because of this, such lists should not be included. Metros (talk) 00:19, 21 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Seekers Quest Begins

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Seekers Quest Begins requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 05:28, 22 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please undo your changes to the Canadian Idol page

[edit]

Please undo your recent changes to the Canadian Idol (Season 6) page.

Although it's very possible, or even likely, that there will be a Top 12 instead of a Top 10 -- until that is announced or verifiable via a reputable external source, it is only speculation, and at best, should only be added to the existing text as a speculation.

The show currently still consistently refers to a final Top 10.

Thanks.

GA reassessment of Warriors (novel series)

[edit]

Hi there. It looks like you've been a significant contributor to the article Warriors (novel series), so I'm notifying you of a GA reassessment that I've just started. Feel free to respond to my notes, both by addressing the problems in the article and adding to the discussion. Mr. Absurd (talk) 06:49, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

I have nominated Seekers Quest Begins, an article you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Seekers Quest Begins. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Thank you for uploading File:Island 281x105.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Eeekster (talk) 00:08, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Island 281x105.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Island 281x105.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 00:08, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
