Re: Puerto Rico hurricanes

[edit]

Great idea, I'm glad someone is finally working on a sandbox for Puerto Rico hurricanes. I added storms from 2018 to present, and added a few other things that are expected for a list article. It's going to take you some time. Check out how I formatted the date, as well as the references. Do you understand how I did that? If you can do that, and added sources for every storm in the territory, you could end up with a featured list, which can be on the main page of Wikipedia. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 19:47, 2 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Yes! Great job with the formatting and referencing. Hurricanehink mobile (talk) 01:39, 3 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hurricanehink thanks; though i don't want to look lazy but since maria has such an impact on puerto rico i don't know how to summarize it in the list. ~SMLTP
It's a long list. Doing such big projects can lead to burnout pretty quickly. Might I suggest reaching out to fellow Puerto Rican editors? Collaborations on Wikipedia make lengthy articles more doable to write. At the same time, there is no deadline, so if you wanna keep doing the PR list at your own pace, I won't rush you, and I'll provide any support for like references and formatting, if you need. I appreciate what you've written so far. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 17:32, 12 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I'm going to try; I haven't been active recently in Wikipedia. ~SMLTP 15:12, 29 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
