I left a note on the article's talk page- it's necessary to add some of the reliable independent sources that have written about Ms. Joseph's importance, to verify that she meets Wikipedia's notability criteria. Sure, I'd be glad to help. There are instructions on how to do it at WP:CITE, but those are way too complicated for me. I usually just copy the templates from an article that already has them, like today's featured article. Short version: put tags that say <ref> and </ref> around your source, then at the bottom of the page, create a References section and add the template {{reflist}} to automatically list them.
