Thanks for the note.

Thanks

Thanks for trying to stand up and be counted. I saw that you put your neck on the chopping block on the ANI. I hope you keep contributing on wikipedia and do not let others diminish your voice. Lubbad85 () 13:57, 1 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

ANI

[edit]

I am not sure your recent post as ANI is really all that helpful.Slatersteven (talk) 10:34, 9 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I suppose not, but it's honestly what I am seeing here! ThunderChunder! | Talk to me! | Walk with me! 10:36, 9 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you, you may or may not be right. But you have very few edits here on Wikipedia, and fetching up at the ANI looks like you are just joining in to have a go (not that being experienced makes any difference in that respect).Slatersteven (talk) 10:39, 9 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
You're welcome. I just wish that Hijiri would cool it with the personal attacks against me. What would be the best course of action should they continue? ThunderChunder! | Talk to me! | Walk with me! 10:45, 9 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Firstly make sure they are PA's. The reply to your choice at ANI is not a going to pass as a PA. I have no idea what other comments he may have made about you, but I cannot see anything actionable. I would suggest that whatever they say do not respond in kind. You might (if they continue to cast aspersions) want to talk to an admin about it, but I would not advise (based upon what I have seen) take it to ANI. When you have a lot more (says years) of edits under your belt maybe you could take the chance, but (again based upon what I have seen) its still not going to pass, you will just avoid a boomerang.Slatersteven (talk) 10:50, 9 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Fair enough. Thanks for the advice! ThunderChunder! | Talk to me! | Walk with me! 11:13, 9 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

The extent of your participation at ANI and other dispute-resolution, and the kinds of discussion in which you're engaging there, is quite inappropriate and obviously demonstrates that you're not a new editor. I don't agree with the idea that you're Obviously a returned banned editor, but if that's not true, you're abusing WP:CLEAN; the latter possibility is the only reason I didn't indef-block you. This block will not close the ban proposal; if you wish to respond to anything there, ping me and (assuming it's not grossly abusing) I will copy your statement to ANI. Message recieved. I'll stay away from notice boards and focus more on article improvements via wikiprojects (Which I apparently botched with Flight dynamics (spacecraft)). And, yes, this is a botched WP:CLEANSTART. I'll stick to this account for the future, though. Don't want to "vanish" now that it's been outed.
