User page vandalism

[edit]

This is your last warning.
The next time you vandalize a user's page, as you did with User:Akradecki, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. thunderboltz(Deepu) 17:51, 7 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Talk page edits

[edit]

Please do not remove legitimate warnings from your talk page or replace them with inappropriate content. Removing or maliciously altering warnings from your talk page will not remove them from the page history. You're welcome to archive your talk page, but be sure to provide a link to any deleted legitimate comments. If you continue to remove or vandalize legitimate warnings from your talk page, you will lose your privilege of editing your talk page. Thanks. — ERcheck (talk) 18:09, 7 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Indefinitely Blocked.

[edit]
It has become apparent that your account is only being used for vandalism, so it has been blocked indefinitely.

--Nishkid64 18:13, 7 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've contacted the blocking administrator for comment; in the meantime, please bear with us, and thanks for your patience. Luna Santin 20:37, 6 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

I sense a bit of sincerity in your apology, and I have unblocked you. Please read Wikipedia policy before starting to edit again. I wouldn't want to see you get banned indefinitely again for vandalism.

Request handled by: Nishkid64 21:25, 6 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thank You!!!

[edit]

No problem!

[edit]

Yay! Keep up the good work so far (I saw you added a new article to Portal:Archaelogy). Just remember to use edit summaries so people will know what you're doing. =) Nishkid64 00:07, 8 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I deleted this article, since Wikipedia is not a game guide. Please see WP:NOT for more info. Friday (talk) 19:43, 8 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Civility

[edit]

Please refrain from comments like this --Charlesknight 18:00, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't understand what is difficult to understand - refering to fellow editors as "assholes" breaches WP:CIVIL and is not taken to kindly by the community - neither might I add is leaving a message titled "WTF" and tell other editors who are acting in good faith to "stop leaving nonsense". --Charlesknight 18:06, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Copyvio

[edit]

this to be lifted straight from here or am I missing something? --Charlesknight 18:36, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Zarrinshahr

[edit]

"Waste of space" is not one of the criteria for speedy deletion. I have removed your attempt to tag Zarrinshahr for deletion for this reason. Please do not try to have valid articles deleted. Thanks, Gwernol 19:19, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No personal attacks

[edit]

Your personal attacks on User:Charlesknight are unacceptable. Please read WP:CIVIL and WP:NPA. Given your previous conduct, consider this your only warning. If you continue to make personal attacks on editors, I will reinstate your indefinite block. Gwernol 19:22, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I removed the adoption notice because it was malformed: all subsequent comments left on your talk page were being rendered within the adoption notice, which you complained about here. You should ask User:Rat235478683 to add it back to your talk page in a properly formed manner so that the formatting doesn't effect comments left after it. Gwernol 20:35, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Continued personal attacks - indefinite block reinstated

[edit]

Despite my earlier warning you posted this which is a clear and clearly unacceptable personal attack. I have reinstated your indefinite block. Gwernol 20:44, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Are you honestly going to block me for that!? You never even responded when I asked you what happened the last time you warned me! Besides, that isn't even mentioning and specific names. And also, it was removed from my user page and is no longer there. How would you feel if someone went around stalking all your pages? I'm going to appeal because this time I fell that it is unfair. --Treva 23:47, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Please see my response, in the section directly above this, where I responded to you. Even though you don't mention specific names, it is still a personal attack. Feel free to appeal, using the {{unblock}} template. Gwernol 00:04, 15 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Any admins considering unblocking Treva135 might like to consider this edit first. Gwernol 12:30, 15 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions to the John Vaughn article, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

Feel free to re-submit a new version of the article. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I irrevocably release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later, for use on Wikipedia and elsewhere."

You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here. You can also leave a message on my talk page. (aeropagitica) 21:05, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Helping out with the Unassessed Wikipedia Biographies

[edit]

Seeing that you are an active member of the WikiBiography Project, I was wondering if you would help lend a hand in helping us clear out the amount of [unassessed articles] tagged with {{WPBiography}}. Many of them are of stub and start class, but a few are of B or A caliber. Getting a simple assessment rating can help us start moving many of these biographies to a higher quality article. Thank you! --Ozgod 22:57, 23 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
