Evan Evans Brewery

This is a newish brewery in Wales. The only notable coverage is winner of 2013 "best organic beer". The awards were the notable "International Brewing Industry Award" but brewers pay to enter, and in 2013 it appears only this company paid to enter in the organic beer category, so is that really notable? No secondary treatment of it that I could find (although it gets mentioned as a going concern in some brewery guides). There is more press coverage of the founder than of the brewery, and even that is scant. Page apparently created by a now blocked sock. Sirfurboy🏄 (talk) 14:53, 25 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Delete - per WP:NCORP - product announcements [1] (with promotional quote and description of the company), [2] (mostly based on promotional quotes), [3], fail WP:CORPDEPTH and WP:ORGIND; tangential coverage of the founder, e.g. [4], [5], fails WP:CORPDEPTH; acquisition news [6] (based mostly on promotional quotes from a managing director) fails WP:CORPDEPTH and WP:ORGIND; brief coverage or mentions in: lists [7], news of the weird [8] (includes an announcement of hiring of personnel), promotion of restaurants [9], [10], [11], [12], [13], and a report on YouTube celebrities [14] (announces personnel hiring), all fail WP:CORPDEPTH. Even if WP:GNG was supported, which it does not appear to be, the WP:NCORP guideline helps us identify content to exclude per the second prong of WP:N, i.e. WP:NOT policy - for companies, the WP:ORGCRIT section states, The guideline, among other things, is meant to address some of the common issues with abusing Wikipedia for advertising and promotion. Delete A small private brewery, which makes this effectivly a brochure advertisement. Coverage is all generatef from the company. Fails WP:NCORP. scope_creep^Talk 12:24, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Delete One of four sources is a court report about the former owner, one is companycheck, which just proves the company exists, one is routine business coverage, one is the announcement of an award they won with apparently zero competition.
