Delete: Rosscreekcentre (talk · contribs), the user who both created the file and uploaded the photo, likely had COI issues before being blocked. The photo should be considered for deletion as well. Mind matrix 18:20, 10 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. Nothing stated in the article is "inherently" notable enough to exempt him from having to pass WP:GNG on reliable source coverage and analysis about him, but this is referenced entirely to a mixture of primary sources and glancing namechecks of his existence in coverage of other things, which is not what it takes.
