Non-notable fictional concept along with three non-notable members of the alien species. Neiter the concept nor the species nor the individual members of the species have independent reliable sources that establish notability. All rely entirely on primary, in-universe sources and amount to little more than character biographies and speculation. Expired PRODs removed, which in my opinion should obligate the removing editor to improve the articles on the spot. Except that can't be done here because there are no sources to support them.
