Delete. Fails WP:NFCC#8 because the significance of the Israeli product's experience is not discussed, and also fails WP:NFCC#1 because the product's appearance is not so significantly different from other Yoplait branding that it couldn't be described textually. Keep it shows the logo in context, and it's the version with six petals as described in the article. The copyright tag seems to be wrong - in addition to the logo and picture on the carton, the other parts of the image are also eligible for copyright - or is the history page sufficient for this? As it stands, the licensing is insufficient. The photographer has rights to the photo independent of the fact that it is a derivative work of the yogurt container. For us to keep this photo, the uploader, assuming that he is the photographer, would need to make some statement releasing his rights. If you make a derivative work of a copyrighted work, it may be an unauthorized derivative work (assuming you didn't have a fair use defense) and the copyright holder could sue you and stop you from distributing it, but that wouldn't give them rights to themselves distribute the work - because you have still made a protected work. Keep - I am the uploader and I own the rights to the image. The statement quoted above by GrapedApe is a vandalized version of my initial summary which states that "I am the originator of this photo.
