This is not the official cover of Shakira's single "La La La (Brazil 2014)" as this is a fan made cover (source- http://antoniomr.deviantart.com/art/Shakira-ft-Brown-La-La-La-Brazil-2014-446995909). This is made even more obvious since the photo of Shakira used in the cover is actually from an old photo shoot and is simply a cleverly done rendition of it. Would this be able to be resolved if it were to be a smaller, lower resolution image and under a different category? I wasn't terribly familiar with non-free content so I did my best. What would you recommend? Specifically, to contest,

Keep Non-free content is used only if its presence would significantly increase readers' understanding of the article topic, and its omission would be detrimental to that understanding. Omitting it would remove the image of the killer which is an encylopedic benefit for readers to see.
