Hi, my name's Franco R Lucien. I'm originally from Haiti, but I've lived in the states since the age of twelve. Having been practically raised in the US, English has become second nature, and I speak it just as fluently--if not more--than my maternal tongues (French/Haiti Creole). I speak German comfortably enough to survive a short visit in Germany. However, I am committed to mastering the German language, as well as picking up a couple others as the time would allow--such as Portuguese and Dutch.
I take interest mostly in the French Department, and spend sometime there. I have recently became part of the French Mentoring Project, thus have consequently dedicated some time aside for that purpose. I've also introduced the Department of Haitian History, which is currently under construction. There, I hope to share my knowledge of that subject with anyone who is an interested learner. If you are enlightened in the field, your contributions will be most welcomed.
