Overview

The UITS Support Center provides IT support to all IU campuses. So that Support Center staff can efficiently assist you, be ready to provide details about your problem or question.

Notes:
  • In-person (formerly walk-in) support hours:

    The hours listed below for in-person support locations are for periods when classes are in session. In-person support hours during campus breaks and between semesters may vary.

  • Research computing support:

    Research computing support at IU is provided by the Research Technologies division of UITS. To ask a question or get help regarding Research Technologies services, including IU's research supercomputers and research storage systems, and the scientific, statistical, and mathematical applications available on those systems, contact UITS Research Technologies. For service-specific support contact information, see Research computing support at IU.

  • Duo tokens:

    Duo tokens are available only at the Wells Library (Bloomington) and ICTC 126 (Indianapolis) locations.

In-person support

In-person support at the Herman B Wells Library (fourth floor of the West Tower) is available:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-7:30pm
  • Friday: 8:30am-4:30pm
  • Saturday: 12:30pm-4:30pm
  • Sunday: 12:30pm-7:30pm

In-person support

In-person support is available at ICTC 126 and the Campus Center Information Desk.

Note:
  • Duo tokens are available only at ICTC 126.
  • Support Center In-Person Support (SCIPS) locations at ICTC 126 and the Campus Center Information Desk will consolidate into a single location within Campus Center 205 later this summer. The Indiana Members Credit Union (IMCU) and CrimsonCard office currently occupy Campus Center 205; the IMCU will move to Campus Center 217, allowing SCIPS, CrimsonCard, and other campus departments to use Campus Center 205 as a hub for multiple services.

  • Monday-Thursday: 8am-8pm
  • Friday: 8am-5pm
