Comment only: There's a currently-ongoing (and momentarily stalled) discussion at Talk:Bureaucrat#Minimum_number_of_votes here regarding minimum participation and support in an election in order to grant bureaucrat flags here. Consensus is not yet reached, but traditionally has been that one needs 15 or so supports for the election to be meaningful. I don't agree that one should have admin status first, however bureaucratship is only given to at least two people simultaneously, and only after a regular vote (if the community is too small to have those, it is also small enough not to need bureaucrats). - Andre Engels 03:26, 13 March 2010 (UTC)

• Levent was discovered to be sharing IPs with another user. Later on the stated that he has also shared his sysop password with the second user and that second user did some blocks/deletions using Levent's password. This issue combined with some other instances are discussed here to determine whether what they have done is meatpuppeting. On the other hand, some users vote here about whether sharing sysop password requires removal of Levent's sysop access (this voting was recommended by Oscar). Yes. You already have the ability to import pages, you just need to file a request on bugzilla that your local community wants to be able to import from mg.wikipedia. If you'd like to be able to import from other projects, fr.wikipedia and en.wikipedia for instance, you should specify those also. I would like to have importer rights on mg.wiktionary. No, it's not for transwiki importation but it for XML-file importation.

The bug 22694 is for transwiki importation for administrators, but, I think, is XML for importers, so because of that, I would like to import from an XML file.
