The Sanskrit wikisource (http://sa.wikisource.org) is created today. I was the person who proposed it and I am involved in building the community for Sanskrit wiki projects.

A huge amount of Sanskrit source text is available in old wikisource (Sanskrit main page in old wikisource, and Sanskrit pages category). I want to import all these pages to newly created wikisource. Also I am and involved in the community building program for Sanskrit wiki projects. Admin right in Sanskrit wikisource is a must for these tasks. Greetings from Khmer Wiktionary and other sister projects! I am one of the admin team in Khmer Wikipedia. Currently, we have 4 projects in our Khmer language - Wikipedia, Wiktionary, Wikibooks and Wikisource (the latest one is the newcomer and is in the multilingual project).
In Khmer Wiktionary, currently there is no admin, plus every small number of regular and active contributing users. So I am requesting a sysop right to maintain the project and promote awareness among Cambodian users. May I request for a 3-month temporary adminship? You need to take into consideration the following facts: 1). currently there is no admin; 2). there is only a very few active users in which most of them are bots - see here; 3). Hello! I was an admin on Urdu Wikipedia. I was using User:Sasajid account before but I wanted to be transfer my user name from "Sasajid" to "ساجد امجد ساجد"۔ So، I requested one of bureaucrats Mr. Khawar to transfer my user name as ساجد امجد ساجد. He did that, but I am facing a problem, after transferring my user name to new one, I did not remain an admin. I was an active Admin on Urdu Wikipedia but now I am not able to perform my admin actions. I've requested on Urdu Wikipedia to resolve the problem but could not succeeded. O really, I was using my old account with user name of Sasajid instead of ساجد امجد ساجد. Now I just logged out and resigned in as ساجد امجد ساجد and I see that I've admin rights in this account. Problem is resolved now. Thanks for all support.--Sasajid 06:11, 1 March 2011 (UTC)

  • Sorry to say but I am facing another problem. I am logged in as ساجد امجد ساجد on Urdu Wikipedia but when I come to English Wikipedia my username is Sasajid. Please do me a favor and move my user name on English Wikipedia to ساجد امجد ساجد as on Urdu Wikipedia because I am unable to remain logged in as ساجد امجد ساجد on Urdu Wikipedia while being logged in as Sasajid on English one. Has 4000 total edits, 39 of which are on ro.books. I object to this candidacy and the permissions he was already given on ro.news. He posted his last candidacy on ro.news by removing the objections the community brought up for his previous stunt in June 2010. Also in June 2010 he attempted to get an adminship on Meta for God knows what reason. Should I have known he was once more requesting adminship on ro.books, I would have properly posted my objections at that time, as I did with his candidacy on ro.source. We had two simultaneous adminship candidates on ro.source. One received the support of the community, Memo18 didn't. Amusingly enough, after the voting ended, Memo18 archived the successful candidacy (Mishuletz), but omitted to add his denied candidacy to the same archive. In other words, at the time I'm writing this message it doesn't show anywhere that he ever posted an adminship request (which ended up being denied).
