No one contributed for the wikinews activities, including sysop(n:ko:user:Gapo) and temporary sysop(n:ko:user:Devunt) in Korean wikinews. User:Gapo and User:Devunt is last cont is on early July. Sorry, present korean wikinews is not opening sysop election because of this wikinews circumstances is unfavorable.. And please, look at the active user list of korean wikinews, except for bot and other language user.(All six people..) Community consensus could not be established yet, and it will never be possible to show on-wiki whilst admin BBKurt manipulates and deletes and hides votings and voting requests and arbitrarily denies users their rights to vote and threatens to block users who speak up against him and another sysop.

• Please emergency-desysop wikipedia:ksh:User:BBKurt, he is abusing his sysop power.
• Please lift all write restictions on the village pump so that users may make their comments anonymously again escaping harrassment by sysops.

Check user just revealed use of sockpuppet(s) (1 confirmed, 7 more likely) which have been used to bias votes [8]. The project you are asking for removal (if indeed you are) is not a content-project but a chapter wiki.
