No, frwiki has opted for local bureaucrats with desysop capabilities, so frwiki will do the desysop. Same as with enwiki and a few other wikis that have decided that as well. Elfix 05:40, 12 September 2015 (UTC)

It is written at the top of this page "This page is for requests to have stewards grant or revoke administrator, bureaucrat, checkuser, and oversight rights on Wikimedia projects which do not have a local permissions procedure." No, that would not matter. The global rename log should be triggered, and we've now discovered a pretty serious bug where, or things were not logged, or if logged they've dissapeared. Removal of bureaucrat access (I do not wish to withdraw my admin access at this moment) per own request. I feel that the bureaucrats should be the more active moderators on the wiki, and the task should mainly be simply/bureaucratic. Currently I'm one of the lesser active admins on nlwiki, I hope that in the near future there will be some more active editing periods from my side, and at this moment I do think that helping out someday with small admin tasks could happen during those periods. I do however feel that the current bureaucrats overall are not the most active admins and hope that my withdrawal will bring some of the more active users to the idea to request bureaucratship. I have recently attempted to contact both administrators and the community for a variety of issues. See Steward requests/Miscellaneous/2015-07#Request for edit of Ladino Wikipedia Home Page template. The administrators and community have been quiet recently.

This morning, I just started a project to try to improve formatting on ladwiki pages written in the Hebrew alphabet. Almost immediately, I ran across this article, lad:אלכס אוונס a non-notable biographical article written in Hebrew, not Ladino. (See there, where I placed an English synopsis.) Given the possibility of my running into more such articles, I thought I would request temporary administrator status for one month so that I could delete such pages myself, instead of running here each time I need a deletion. I would hope to finish this exercise within one month, but might allow for the possibility of requesting renewal for a second month. I doubt this will take longer than that. I am reluctant to request permanent administrator status because my mastery of Ladino is not very good. I am importer (including XML-import) on de/wikivoyage already and yould like to setup some of our features on vi. So i would like to apply for the import permission:

• XML import (I have quite a lot of modules and templates)
• transwiki import - sources: Wikipedia/vi for importing (articles on request) and Wikivoyage/de and Wikivoyage/en (for importing articles or other templates)
