@Ajraddatz: I 'supported' the removal of rights a month ago (and still do), and someone else not meaningfully active on the site was neutral on the idea ("I have no preference on this matter.") two years ago—neither of which necessarily constitutes disagreement. I brought up Bellayet's relative inactivity (on January 28th, prior to his February 15th reappearance) at a similar discussion on bnwiki. Mahir256 (talk) 18:06, 18 February 2018 (UTC)

Sorry for the late reply, I'm in the process of moving cities and starting a new job. We are hesitant to enforce such inactivity policies, because without a large community, one or two users can set whatever standard they want to. This standard could be easily abused, and we wouldn't have much way to tell. When there is such a small community, we usually prefer that you use the AAR instead - this is an automatic process that will remove inactive users after two years. – Ajraddatz (talk) 23:11, 25 February 2018 (UTC)

@Ajraddatz: The AAR page seems unmaintained since the start of 2018; where am I supposed to add information about this exactly? With respect to removal of rights after two years, does this mean his rights will be revoked after March 24 (two years after his last edit on bnwikisource) or before then (at least since Hrishikes's original request was dated January 22, 2016)? No, I cannot verify anything here. Please see https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Administrators%27_noticeboard#User:B_dash. I do not know that anything is wrong here, but I think the whole process needs to be checked since User:B Dash has no authority to have run this check or make this request. User in question is a well respected admin over at zhwiki, his recent actions are more likely than not an act of protest against a liberal policy on GAMEing in the community for what I understand. I do not think this signifies his wish to resign. The Geolocation of the above IP address does not correspond to Outlook's actual location (afaik) and the request shall be disregarded. We requested back in February to remove his sysop right for lack of activity per agreed-on policy. This was stalled in favor of conforming with the global admin activity review policy. Now that two years have passed since his last edit (and over four years since his last log action), it is appropriate to go ahead and remove his bnwikisource sysop right. It may help that he has requested that his bnwiki sysop right be kept even when he didn't do the same on bnwikisource despite being pinged by myself in the discussion about removing his bnwikisource sysop right. (@Openbk:, as the named responsible user for this year's AAR who may be able to help us invoke that policy. E NESSUNO ti autorizza a sbarrare i miei interventi in NESSUN MODO. Chiaro??? La comunità ha deciso una deroga alle regole come puoi vedere (non sono stato solo io a votare) perché non ci sono sempre regole fisse (le deroghe esistono, su Wikinotizie come su Wikipedia, ti sto dicendo una cosa mai vista?), abbiamo deciso di dargli più tempo perché non farà danni e ne dobbiamo ridiscutere in una nuova procedura di riconferma tutti insieme se mantenere il consenso precedente o modificarlo.
