@-revi: In fact, active administrators are needed there, and I think 6 votes shows that the community needs an active and permanent administrator. No official rule about it, but I think it's worth having multiple stewards look at a request for a first bureaucrat. There are only four local admins and ~120 users with edits in the last month, of which only about 10-20 are very active. That said, there is at least 8 supporting votes from legitimate contributors and the wiki does have multiple permanent admins, so I would be inclined to grant the permissions. Global account

Hello guys!

Since we have SUL, I thought that accounts were automatically unified through the whole Wikimedia farm. I just saw that our legal advisor, User:Mister pod, created his account/user page on Meta but it is not reflecting on other wikis, except for Wikimedia Canada, WMCA:User:Mister pod.

Is it possible to at least have his page reflected at least on wp.fr and wp.en?

@Benoit Rochon: The reason why they're not reflecting is he never visited these wikipedias while he's logged in. The reverse is the case, WMCA is reflecting the page because he visited the wiki and even made edits. Technically, now he don't have account on en-wiki nor on fr-wiki, although the account is now reserved for him globally. In short, the only thing he needs to do is to visit these wikipedias while logged in; that will automatically create local account for him and display the global userpage from here Meta. –Ammarpad (talk) 17:37, 14 June 2018 (UTC)
