I concur with what Martin has said, sometimes a wiki already has some local translations that actually have to be deleted to use the ones from Translatewiki but that is not the case here. Yes ky:Wikipedia:Администраторду шайлоо , this page is active, but a large number of similar pages are associated with different opinions of users and administrators. We still don't have a single rule. Over the past 2 years, the number of active users has dropped sharply, and now there are practically none.

Sometimes people create nominations no one but the people they have told know about, so I wanted to make sure that this is not the case here. It would be very nice if you could resolve this mess, so that there is only one requests for adminship page. Please keep in mind though that "Уикипедия" is currently not a namespace name in Kyrgyz Wikipedia, so pages starting with such prefix, or with no prefix like ky:Requests for adminship, are technically considered regular articles just like ky:Антарктида is. It is possible to have "Уикипедия" instead of" Wikipedia", for this you have to follow the procedure described at MyLanguage/Requesting wiki configuration changes. Also, I have to kindly ask you to read wmf:Resolution:Licensing Policy. I see that you have files like ky:Файл:Курманжан Датка тасмасы.jpeg without a free use rationale and complete description. You do have ky:Уикипедия: ак ниет пайдалануу критерийлери (again, currently it is counted as an article), but I cannot find an equivalent of en:Template:Non-free use rationale, which should be used for such files. Sorry for the delay. I just invested an hour trying to get this to work, but I couldn't get it to work (I think) due to a very complex process that isn't very simple/intuitive to do on a little iPhone. The six number code changes every 30 seconds and that's too fast for to get to punch it in + write my username in Hebrew + write in my password on a little phone... every time this process fails the whole QR code needs to be redone for me to try again (Do I really need to print it out each time to be able to scan it?). ויקיג'אנקי, it is a good idea to print out the QR code and scratch codes, but only as means not to lose them and only if you can ensure that they are stored somewhere where no one can access them. Normally people use a Time-based One-Time Password generator, Google Authentificator is one of them, there are many others made as apps, browser plugins or even online-services (knowledgable in programming people can also write their own generators). The generator stores the QR code and constantly outputs the 6 digit codes used for authentification, so you don't need to scan the QR code all the time. If the generator you have used does not store it, try another (the Google's one definitely does). Also the token is time-based it is important to make sure that your device you have generator on time is synchronised. When logging in, you input your username and password first. Only after those are verified to be correct you are asked for the code. It is at this point that you go to your generator and copy the token from it. Wait until it refreshes to have a bit more time, also while it refreshes every 30 seconds there is a little bit more time to input it, as some slack for time difference is given. Not done @WikiBayer: According to steward's guideline, a wiki community needs to have at least six permanent admins (your community has exactly six), and there needs to be at least 15 votes. In addition to that, a community needs to be sufficiently large to warrant a bureaucrat, judging by number of usages of such permission. Based on bar.wikipedia logs, I do not think the community meets that criteria outlined in the guidelines. As such, I'm closing this request as not done.

I recommend the community to adapt a local inactivity policy (or wait for AAR to remove his/her bureaucrat permission). Once that happens, the bureaucrat affairs would be handled by stewards. In the meantime, if there is any action requiring bureaucrat permissions, you can request it from the stewards, pointing out to the inactivity.

@MarcoAurelio: question for you: Meta:Administrators/Removal specifies the removal of admin rights, but I don't see anything there or at Meta:CheckUsers that says losing adminship results in losing checkuser access. Am I missing something? --DannyS712 (talk) 19:55, 4 October 2020 (UTC)

@DannyS712: The removal policy was approved in 2009 as per Meta talk:Administrators/confirm#Tired of this. Since then in every confirmation round users have been removed from sysop and advanced permissions should they fail to make the required edits, or sign after a week from being notified (including bureaucrat and other advanced permissions). There are precedents such as Mardetanha's CheckUser and Oversighter permissions being removed as per Meta:Administrators/Removal/October 2013, or Barras' CU and OS permissions being removed as well per Meta:Administrators/Removal/October_2017 and Courcelles' OS permissions as well in 2018. Note that since the start of the modern confirmation process in 2009 (cfr. Meta:Administrators/Removal/April 2009) it clearly states that "Adminship (and other rights) removed without notice" and we've been applying the policy this way since its inception. The practice used to be that CU/OS who were removed under the 2 CU rule were commented out in the respective lists - but I agree this should be better documented somewhere.
