Lokesha Kunchadka, I see that you have notified the activemost editor on their talk page, but currently the page with nominations is only watched by one person, I assume you, and it is not linked from anywhere except for that talk page. Could you make a link to the nomination page from the village pump (wikt:kn:Wiktionary:ಅರಳಿ ಕಟ್ಟೆ) and from the main Administrators page? Also it seems there are two of the latter: wikt:kn:Wiktionary:ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರು you have created and linked from the interface, and then wikt:kn:ವಿಕಿಪೀಡಿಯ:ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರು that is connected to d:Q4039395 and seems to have been used in the past. Could you merge them? P.S. Not related to the nomination, but it seems that ವಿಕಿಪೀಡಿಯ is not actually technically a name for the Wiktionary namespace. There has been Checkuser confirmation that Sock puppetry was involved in this Nomination for Administrator Steward_requests/Checkuser#Lokesha_Kunchadka@kn.wikitionary. Using Sock puppets for tampering with Admin nomination is a serious violation and clearly shows they cannot to trusted to become an Administrator. I request the stewards to reject this Admin request and take further appropriate actions against the accounts involved in Sock puppetry, since there are no local Administrators in Kannada Wiktionary. Not done. Most of the votes come from people who have not previously contributed to knwikt or contributed very little, but basing on Steward_requests/Checkuser/2020-12#Lokesha_Kunchadka@kn.wikitionary, and a strong oppose from one of the active contributors it is a no this time. Lokesha Kunchadka, if you genuinely want to help please do not be discouraged. Continue productive work and you may try to run for an admin again in several months. For now the wiki will have to rely on the efforts of SWMT or someone else from the existing contributors may run. The important thing is that if you do run you are not canvassing other people to vote or create socks to vote. It is okay even if no one votes at all, as long as no body opposes you. That being said if you do continue to violate the rules you are likely to end up blocked and then it is a question of time until someone starts an RfC about you per the Global bans procedure. @User:Martin Urbanec : I finally decide to cancel my request in order to be re-elected as an administrator of wa@wikipedia. The reasons are:

• Some of my collegues there and I had a point of contention, and I'm not sure that our disagreement has been resolved.
• Two of three most significant contributors (excluding me, seeing that I can't vote) have already voted against me. Thus, even if other contributors would have voted for me, I wouldn't afford to deride their decision.

We have set up a voting procedure to appoint the administrators of avk.wikipedia.org, present on the Doda (Community) page. A consultation has been launched. We solicited contributors with more than 50 contributions and set as criteria :

1. Voting deadline: 14 days from the first recorded vote;
2. General voting quorum: minimum 5 votes;
3. Minimum affirmative vote: 5 votes;
4. Validity of affirmative votes: two-thirds (e.g. 7/10, 7 affirmative and 3 negative maximum);
5. Qualification to vote: having contributed at least 50 times to avk.wikipedia.org;
6. Applicants must have made at least 200 contributions to avk.wikipedia.org;
7. Nobody can vote for him/herself.

We believe that these criteria are quite objective and reasonable to designate responsible admins.
The procedure started on 12 January. Four contributors (Nevatovol, Kotavusik, Axel xadolik and ClaudiaVisentini) have proposed themselves as administrators. After 14 days of voting, these four persons were approved in accordance with the voting criteria and the entire procedure was followed. We therefore believe that these 4 persons must be validated by Wikimedia as administrators of the avk.wikipedia project. Copy to MF-Warburg for Langcom. Thank you. Regards.
