The maximum I've ever seen granted and would be comfortable granting is 2 years. Smaller wikis are not monitored by many people and therefore administrator abuse can go more undetected or without recourse for a longer period of time. I'm of course not saying you are going to abuse the rights, but it's a measure to protect communities until they have enough people to decide their own policies on how administrators can be removed. I have looked at the permissions and it appears you asked twice before for adminship and once for interface adminship. That's not too many times. People often start at 3 months, then request for 6 months, then request for 1 year, and so on until their wiki has enough activity. I hope this help explains the stewards' dilemma and position. It's not that we want to hold you from it, but that we have to protect small wikis.  Granted for 2 years to expire on 2024-02-14.
