Centre for Digital Life Norway is a unique transdisciplinary research centre creating the biotechnology for tomorrow, with use of big data and digitalized methods. Our aim is to evolve new knowledge and methods to create value and address societal challenges. We currently coordinate over twenty research projects at the biggest research institutions in Norway. We also organize a research school for Ph.d.- and Post doc-candidates within the fields of digital biotechnology and life sciences. The Centre for Digital Life Norway is a result of the Research Council of Norway’s strategic priority: "Digital life - convergence of innovation". It is a nation-wide collaboration between the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), the University of Oslo (UiO), the University of Bergen (UiB), the University of Tromsø (UiT), SINTEF, the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) and Oslo University Hospital (OUS).
