As part of MinT for Wiki Readers MVP (T359072), this ticket proposes to provide an entry point from Wikipedia article pages on mobile web. In this way, users reading an article in their language, especially when it contains little content, will have an easy way to access more content from other languages.
This new entry point will be placed in the article footer: after the article contents and the last edited information, and right before the current "Related articles" which provides a list of articles on similar topics. The new footer section will follow a similar style as the "Related articles" one since they support a similar "explore more" function.
The proposed change is illustrated below (note that the new element will be shown in the target language, but english is used in the mockup for illustration purposes only).

Design details
The proposal includes the following elements:
- Footer section title. The "Automatic translation" label will act as a title for this new area, and will follow the same style and spacing than the current "Related articles" one.
- Translation card. A Card Codex Component provides access to the content from other languages. It includes the following elements:
- Title and visual element. The article title and thumbnail help to indicate that the contents are about the current topic (in contrast to the "suggested articles" below and following the same style). In case of articles with no images, the same placeholder approach for "suggested articles" is followed (we need to check whether the placeholder is skipped or a static placeholder is used in this case).
- Subtitle. A label indicating the number of sections from other languages ("12 more sections in other languages"). We can consider simplified ways to calculate this or alternatives if it becomes technically complex.
- Supporting text. The "Robot" icon and the "Read automatic translation" anticipate to users that they will access machine translated content and helps associate the robot with the idea of automatically-generated content.
Taping on the card will lead the user to MinT for Wikipedia Readers Confirm step (T359512) with the information pre-filled for the article to translate (the current article, but in a different language), source language ( the source language with most sections available, excluding the target language), and target language (the content language of the current article). Note that the criteria used to determine the source language is the same criteria used in the Confirm step (T359512) when "All" was selected as source language in the previous step. So we can consider leaving the parameter empty to let the Confirm step to select the source in order to avoid computing this at the entry point.

When to show this entry point
We will show this entry point on pages that meet the following criteria (all points below):
- Part of main namespace.
- Available in other languages.
In the future we may consider whether it may be needed to consider also the sections present in current or other languages. For now we'll start simple and rely on the length of the article helping to adjust the prominence of this entry point. That is, on short articles such as stubs (where machine translation may be more relevant to access additional content) the entry point will be more visible, while longer articles with enough content (where machine translation may be less relevant) will push down the entry point making it less visible.
