  1. Neutral: Sorry, I don't think I could support an RfA based on a single day's experience on any language Wikipedia. Whilst the language could do with more Scots speakers (fantastic), the role of admin requires a lot of more of a track record. A lot of what the user can (and should) do doesn't require the bit, but simply to tag/change content, and report bad translations/vandalism.
