James "Jay" Brazeau (born December 22, 1953) is an Australian born Canadian actor. He is best known for his role as Sam Fisher in Cold Squad, as Harlan in Stargate SG-1 (1997-2007), for voicing Uncle Quigley in Sabrina: The Animated Series and as Bobby in Double Jeopardy (1999).

In May 2011, Brazeau suffered a minor stroke while changing costumes backstage 30 minutes into a preview performance.[1][2]
