Neira Ortiz Ruiz (born 6 July 1993 in San Juan) is a Puerto Rican female volleyball player. She was part of the Puerto Rico women's national volleyball team at the 2018 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship.[1]
She played for University of Colorado's women's volleyball team.[2]
