"There are 2 Oetker concerns in Germany! The one you write about is not the one which owns Schwartau. Both companies have the same roots, Dr. August Oetker, but today they are owned by different persons. There's the Dr. Oetker Nahrungsmittel KG and there's the Oetker Holding AG. The Oetker Holding owns Schwartau and Hero (Switzerland) as well. Jever is owned by Dr. Oetker Nahrungsmittel KG" - detta klippte jag ut ur artikelsidan.
