UP blacklists Gujarat firm that conducted police exam
LUCKNOW: UP govt has blacklisted Gujarat-based firm Edutest Solutions Private Ltd that conducted the UP police constable recruitment exam on Feb 17 and 18 this year but the test was cancelled a month later following allegations of paper leak.
The firm's owner Vineet Arya has allegedly fled to US, avoiding multiple summons from UP police's STF.UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board DG Rajeev Krishna confirmed the blacklisting.

Edutest Solutions was responsible for printing the question papers. "Govt pays Rs 40 for each paper to these agencies, out of which Rs 37 is for security. Given the breach, the firm is held accountable," said an STF source.
STF is also probing whether Arya was a part of the paper leak syndicate. "We are scanning the bank accounts, call details and role of middlemen to establish if any of the arrested accused, including the mastermind Ravi Attri, were in contact with Arya and other employees," said an STF source.
