General Instructions
  • The examination comprises a total of 80 marks and has a duration of 3 hours.
  • The question paper is divided into two sections:
  1. Section A focuses on Macroeconomics.
  2. Section B covers Indian Economic Development.
  • There are 20 Multiple Choice Questions in this paper, each carrying 1 mark.
  • Additionally, the paper includes:
  1. 4 Short Answer Questions, each worth 3 marks, with responses expected in 60 to 80 words.
  2. 6 Short Answer Questions, each worth 4 marks, requiring responses in 80 to 100 words.
  3. 4 Long Answer Questions, each carrying 6 marks, with responses expected in 100 to 150 words.
