Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa 2' gets postponed, set to release in December

Allu Arjun’s action flick drama ‘Pushpa: The Rule’ was expected to hit theaters on August 15, coinciding with Independence Day, but the makers have now pushed the release further to December. Allu Arjun took to his official Twitter account to announce the postponed date.

On June 17, Allu Arjun shared a poster in which his character Pushparaj looks raw and fiery, holding a sword in his hands.The poster displays a new release date. The film will now hit theaters on December 6. While sharing the poster, Allu wrote, “#Pushpa2TheRule in cinemas from December 6th, 2024.”

There were reports surfacing online about a possible postponement of the release date as the makers have not completed shooting the film. Earlier, Rohit Shetty also postponed his ‘Singham Again' from August 15 as he had some major portions pending for filming.
‘Pushpa: The Rule’, directed by Sukumar, features Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, and others in main roles. Devi Sri Prasad has composed the music of the film.
