I am very excited to announce that this is the first week of our new Confidence Series within FinTech's DEI Discussions. This series is super powerful and will give anyone listening the tools to build their own confidence and build the confidence of those around them. 🙏 It taught me the difference between confidence and self-esteem. 🙏 It taught me that confidence can be GIVEN and it can also sadly be TAKEN AWAY. 🙏 It taught me that confidence isn't there for good and that environments can quickly turn hostile especially if you are or feel you are the minority in the room 🙏 It taught me how to work on my self-esteem and my confidence 🙏 It taught me that comfort zones and confidence are linked 🙏 It taught me how to live just outside my comfort zone with scaffolding around me.
