How can you present to a C-suite audience with confidence?
The importance of brevity can't be understated. Your audience are extremely busy, with many different challenges on their mind. Focus on explaining the quantifiable value of your proposal, the benefits it will deliver and a brief timeline. The best way to do this is almost always through storytelling, but don't let that tempt you into long and rambling narratives or endless background to the problem. Get to the point as quickly as you can. This doesn't mean you don't need the detail - you need to know the data, research, finances etc inside out. You just don't need to show it in the meeting. Your presentation is like an iceberg, you only need to show the most striking point of the underlying work.
