Don't bother with this company what a waste of time. I've asked for a refund. But I have to request that via chat as that is the only way they converse with customers. But not even a normal chat which would sort of be ok. These pisstakers will respond to your question or request within a few hours. Then you log back in read their reply and reply yourself and yes you guessed it you wait again gor a few hours for them to respond
