Corey and Dan (comms 3 )…

Today we had Corey and Dan (comms 3 ) install our full fibre package. Very professional team, shoes off immediately when they entered the property, explained everything they were doing, left everything clean and tidy once finished. Highly recommend.

Wi-Fi installation

Had WiFi put in by Harry Craig & Dereck
Today they were respectful helpful friendly & did a excellent job nothing was too much trouble & explained options to property all done in a careful & timely manner

Great Job all round!!

Sam K and Adam C did a great job installing the fibre to my property.
Daniel who called me initially was incredibly friendly, helpful and explained everything well to me. I called him back a couple more times to ask about the work being carried out and he went away and confirmed everything quickly for me to put my mind (and the wife's) at ease. Over all, very pleased with my experience with KCOM and would recommend to everyone!

Corey and Dan, they're WiFi Man.

Just had Corey and Dan B put my fibre in. Pleasant and professional lads never stopped smiling, till they couldn't find van keys 🤣. Shoes off immediately without asking, explained everything and tidy. Well impressed.

Very poor performance and service

Very poor performance and service, they sell you a contract, then proceed to take more money than agreed, when I complained they said it was done in error, strange the money is still owed and not been returned.
Something is wrong but they tried not to address it, finally they admitted to overcharging, money still not returned ?
Have made many calls and complaints, feels like a waste of time, nothing ever gets resolved.
Kcom you should be ashamed.

Be careful what they tell you

Internet is fine. Just don’t trust what they tell you . I was told as I was opening a new account I would have my damaged internet wire fixed for free. But have been charged £120 now .

I wasn't present whilst the installation took place however a friend of mine was there to over see everything and am very happy with the results and speed efficiency that had been installed 👍

kcom the same bad company

customer service is absolutely useless been 3 weeks with no telephone. supposedly its been escalated 4 times but no feedback and constantly have to chase them.

Useless complaints system

I have contacted KCOM 3 times since January via their complaints procedure with no resolution to my complaint plus multiple phone calls that fell on deaf ears. Still no resolution. I migrated in November 23 and they’ve only acknowledged it in July 24! If you have a problem don’t expect results. Next stop Ofcom

Kcom was excellent

Kcom was on time, explained the procedure before and after installing new fibre broadband. No mess, no problems. The engineer set up my 2 tvs and my phone as well.

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience! Liam and Dan from Comms 2 were really helpful and polite. They explained everything they were doing and were extremely professional, event hoovered up after themselves! Highly recommended!

KCom is a horrible company to deal…

KCom is a horrible company to deal with, they applied a wrong annual increase to my bill and even though I have 2 open "tickets" to resolve it their customers services are simply ignoring evidence which I provided. From my perspective they are thieves.

Smooth sailing

Upgrade was exactly as expected from Kcom. Punctual, no issues, fast, reliable. They might not be the cheapest but they are the best.

Lengthy install.

Length of time to install. 2 years from signing up to being connected. Took 3 separate occasions to get the job done.
Street to house cables in.
House connected.
Street to house switched on.
At no point did anyone help me or show me how to use anything. Nor did they make sure my landline was working or my mobile was connected. They left it with a box on the wall recieving a signal but nothing connected to it. My daughter had to sort it. They hadn't even put the adapter in the right hole.
Hopefully things will be good now I am all set up

We have just received a new WiFi router…

We have just received a new WiFi router and fibre connection and the process was incredibly smooth. Ordered online, and clear information was sent regarding installation. They were even able to bring the connection date forward as they were doing other work on the same street. Effective communication, arrived and completed the work as stated at the correct time. The fibre connection was instantly at its maximum capacity and is so much better than our old connection. Thanks Harry, Craig, Dan and Derek!

Called Kcom 4-5 months ago to complain…

Called Kcom 4-5 months ago to complain about the price I was paying. I was advised that I could get a discount of £10-£15 if I signed up for a 12 mth deal.

I was advised this would begin from the next months debit… Suprise suprise the payment stayed the same and after complaining twice the amount was still the same!

Third time lucky after complaining this month the payment was correct. The telephone manner of the assistant wasnt brilliant and was in my opinion slightly sarcastic.

I’ve been a customer for a long time now, the speeds arent anything special and their prices are getting steep compared to the competition.

Will likely leave unless they have a serious relook at their packages.

Poor customer service

Installation was really good and informative however the performance of full fibre and lack of support since is shocking. I am currently regretting upgrading as I am seeing no real benefits of this upgrade. KCOM really need to work on their customer services in my opinion.
